DE-STRESSING THE HOLIDAYS

Topic: De-stressing Holidays and Introducing National Braver Angels Priorities

In the December meeting of the Baton Rouge Alliance of Braver Angels, we will nod to the holidays just past and those upcoming. The format will be more round-table as we white-board issues that became flashpoints around the holiday table; we will then equip participants to approach the upcoming holidays with tools to engage while maintaining civility.

Our Baton Rouge Alliance has operated locally setting our own agenda, and always will. The National organization has been hard at work rolling out proven programming which will be available for us to use. A sampling of these programs will be presented for our group to evaluate whether they make sense for our Alliance. The National office is intensely interested in feedback from the local Alliances on these programs, so please attend the regular December meeting, and make your voice heard.

Calendar of Events

Our group normally meets on the second Sunday of each month at the Bluebonnet branch of the EBR Public Library.

Meetings usually begin at 2:30 pm, and typically last around 90 minutes. Light refreshments, coffee and drinks are usually available.
